How to perform the factory reset?
TS9030 – Reset Instructions
To reset the soundbar:
? Put the soundbar in standby (Press the power button in the soundbar remote control).
? Press and hold the OK key on the remote control for a few seconds (~7 seconds).
? Now the soundbar will display the following options in the menu.
o FACTORY RESET
o SLEEP OFF
o EXIT
? Now use the keys to select “FACTORY RESET” and Press OK to confirm.
? Soundbar will display “RESETTING” for a couple of minutes during the process.
? Now soundbar will perform the reset automatically and go to standby mode.
? The above instructions are applicable only if the installed software version EU080, EU081 or Higher.
