What to do if we cannot connect the Air Purifier via Wi-Fi through the LETOU - 乐投 Home App?

Please check if your LETOU - 乐投 Breeva Air Purifier supports Wi-Fi connectivity. Devices are only compatible with the 2.4GHz band and not the 5GHz band.

If your Wi-Fi connection fails, please check the following list:

? Make sure your Bluetooth is activated.

? When adding a device, make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi.

? Put your smartphone as close to the device as possible.

? Check your phone is not in power-saving mode.

? If the above options don't resolve the issue, we recommend shutting down and restarting the Wi-Fi connection.
