What should I do if my screen display change to a black-and-white image (or looks washed out)?

    Please go to check if “Color correction” feature is enabled: “Settings”-> “Accessibility”-> “Color and motion”-> “Color correction”-> “Use color correction”. 

    This feature can be helpful when you want to: 

        See colors more accurately. 

        Remove colors to help you focus.
